By enrolling in any service at Benifit Studio, you acknowledge that all training sessions, packages, memberships, and related services are purchased under a strict no-refund policy unless otherwise stated herein. Clients understand and agree that fitness training involves physical exertion, and participation is at their own risk. Benifit Studio is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of its facilities or services when safety instructions are followed. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions prior to training.
Refund Policy

All payments for memberships, training packages, sessions, and classes are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages have fixed validity periods; unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged in full and counted as used sessions.

Payments are non-transferable to another person or service unless approved in writing by management.

Refunds are only granted if the purchased service is permanently discontinued by Benifit Studio or as required by applicable consumer laws.
Refund Exceptions & Procedure
Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of:

Service discontinuation by Benifit Studio before completion of the package.

Documented medical reasons preventing participation (management approval required).

Requests must be made in writing to Benifit Studio management.

Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be required.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
