1. Services Provided

BENIFIT Training Studio offers:

• Personal training (in-person and/or online)

• Group classes and workshops

• Fitness assessments and consultations

• Nutritional advice (general, non-medical)

We may update or modify services without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old, or have written consent from

a parent/guardian
• Be physically and medically fit to participate in

exercise
• Provide accurate and complete information during

registration

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• All fitness programs carry inherent risks.

• You should consult a qualified healthcare

  professional before starting any program, especially if you have existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

• We are not medical professionals and our services are not a substitute for medical advice.

• By participating, you assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

4. Payments & Refunds
• All fees must be paid in full before sessions begin

unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• No refunds are provided for unused sessions unless

  due to exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

• Cancellations require [insert policy, e.g., 24 hours]

notice to avoid being charged in full.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Late arrivals may result in reduced training time.

• Sessions cancelled without required notice will be

  charged at the full rate.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions

due to emergencies, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, you agree to:
• Release BENIFIT Training Studio, its trainers, and

staff from all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training.

• Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Online Training Clause
• If you participate in online training sessions, you are

responsible for ensuring a safe workout environment (clear space, proper equipment, stable internet connection).

• We are not liable for injuries sustained during remote sessions caused by unsafe surroundings, improper form without in-person supervision, or technical issues.

8. Photography & Media Release
• By participating in our sessions or events, you grant

BENIFIT Training Studio the right to take photos or videos of you for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, without compensation.

• If you do not wish to appear in any media, you must notify us in writing before your session begins.

9. Membership & Subscription Terms
• Memberships or subscription packages are billed

according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Unused sessions within a subscription period do not carry over unless otherwise stated in your plan.

• 10. Use of Website & Content

• All content on our website, including images, text,

and logos, is owned by BENIFIT Training Studio and protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Code of Conduct
We maintain a safe and respectful environment. You agree to:

• Treat trainers, staff, and other clients with respect

• Refrain from disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour

• Follow all safety instructions given by trainers

13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in unsafe behaviour.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, regardless of your location. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue located in, Delhi, India, for all matters or disputes arising out of or relating to the terms of use or your access or use of Benifit Training Studio Platform. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India
